Planning the bay.
The site manager sets the work plan: which tundish to prepare, for which caster, and by when. A job past its ready-by time shows LATE in red on the tablet and the desktop.
The TundRA tablet takes the bay team through one tundish, one task, one screen at a time, on a rugged tablet fixed in the bay.

64 dp minimum tap targets and 80 dp primary actions, for gloved hands. Tap only: no swiping or dragging.
Tap your name and enter a six-digit PIN, or hold your ID card to the back of the tablet. Every record carries the person and the tablet.
A light, high-contrast screen. Results always carry a colour, a word and a shape, never colour alone.
The tablets run on the mobile network. If the signal drops, records queue on the tablet and send when it is back.
A completed build counts when the tundish is released.
Each item or the dosed mass of material taken out of site stock.
Tonnes recorded when a tundish comes back from the caster.
Refractories, nozzles, stoppers and every other item are traced the same way, whoever supplies them. Each supplier keeps their own data up to date in the supplier portal.
Their own area on your site. Each supplier sees only their own products, orders and deliveries.
Data sheets first. PDS and SDS required for every product; without both it cannot be used on a build.
One label per line, booked in on site. An A4 label with a QR code for product, batch and delivery note.
Each TundRA site is a sealed installation of its own, encrypted end to end, with access controlled person by person and tablet by tablet.
Every TundRA site runs on a shared, proven core plus its own package, so it fits how your bay works without anything built from scratch.
Kept current for you. Updates reach every TundRA site from one release, so improvements arrive without a project on your side.
